    Here we have a slender white wine, made from two native Lebanese grape varieties. The wine is extremely light and mineral, with notes of pears, green apples and herbs.

    A wine with minimal intervention, a true expression of the Bekaa Valley, the composition of ripe dark fruit against a vibrant juicy core reflects the hot, dry days and cool nights of the valley.

  • Cinsault - Vieilles Vignes, Bekaa 449,-

    This is a very gentle and light-bodied red wine with soft tannins. The color is light and the taste is almost mouthwatering. Due to its light expression, the wine can stand up to surprisingly spicy food. Cinsault is also called the "Pinot Noir of the Bekaa Valley".

    This wine shows in an excellent way how wonderfully balanced Syrah can be in the Lebanese climate. The wine is both elegant and floral, while also managing to be full-bodied and slightly spicy. The wine is deep without being heavy, and it has been aged for two years in oak barrels.
